The plot, covering just under a\u00a0half\u00a0acre, had previously been used a temporary car park. It was no longer in use and they were unsure what to do with it.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owner contacted Muze Group and we suggested an approach they hadn&#8217;t thought of.
